At Scott’s Collectibles, we understand that when you’re hunting for the next big “chase” card, you want your hobby boxes delivered safely and quickly. We are committed to a transparent shipping process from our North Carolina vault to your doorstep.

1. Shipping Costs & Regions

We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across the United States.

  • Target Market: United States only.
  • Shipping Cost: $0.00 (Free Shipping on all items, no minimum spend required).

2. Order Processing & Delivery Times

Our shipping timeframe is divided into two parts: Handling Time and Transit Time.

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) — Monday through Friday.
  • Handling Time: 1 to 3 Business Days (Monday – Friday). This is the time it takes to inspect, pack, and hand off your order to the carrier.
  • Transit Time: 3 to 8 Business Days (Monday – Friday). This is the time your package spends in the carrier’s network.
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 4 to 11 Business Days.

3. Shipping Carriers

To ensure secure and reliable delivery of your hobby boxes and trading cards, we partner with:

  • USPS (First Class & Priority)
  • UPS (Ground)
  • FedEx

4. Tracking Your Collection

Once your order has been dispatched from our Kannapolis, NC headquarters, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your package’s journey directly on the carrier’s website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the label is created.

5. Collector-Grade Packaging

As collectors, we know that box condition is vital. Every order is:

  • Bubble-wrapped for impact protection.
  • Shipped in sturdy, outer-shipper boxes to prevent corner dings.
  • Sealed with reinforced tape for security.

6. Missing or Damaged Packages

If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, or if your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at Support@scottscollectibles.shop. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. For damaged items, please include photos of the packaging and the product seals.

7. Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Once an order has entered the handling process (within 1-3 business days), we may be unable to redirect the package.
