Refund policy
At Scott’s Collectibles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that as a collector, the condition of your hobby boxes and trading cards is paramount. That is why we offer a transparent and collector-friendly return process.
1. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, factory-sealed, and in its original packaging.
2. Return Conditions (TCG Specific)
Due to the nature of the Trading Card Game (TCG) industry and the volatility of the market:
- Sealed Products: Items such as Booster Boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes, and Blister Packs must remain in their original factory shrink-wrap or seal. Once the seal is broken or the packaging is opened, the item is no longer eligible for a return.
- Single Cards: Any individual “Single” cards must be returned in the exact sleeve, top-loader, or semi-rigid holder they were shipped in, with no signs of additional handling or wear.
3. Free Returns & No Restocking Fees
We believe in a risk-free shopping experience for our customers.
- Return Shipping: Scott’s Collectibles will provide a pre-paid return shipping label for all eligible returns within the United States. You will not have to pay for the return shipping cost.
- Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees. You will receive a full refund for the purchase price of the returned item.
4. How to Start a Return
To start a return, you can contact us at Support@scottscollectibles.shop.
- Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at Support@scottscollectibles.shop so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For high-value Hobby Boxes, we may request photos of the shipping box and the product seal.
6. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (PayPal or Stripe) within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
