What are your shipping costs? At Scott’s Collectibles, we offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States. There are no hidden fees, fuel surcharges, or minimum purchase requirements to qualify for free shipping.
How long will it take for my order to arrive? Our delivery timeline consists of two parts:
Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). We do not ship to international addresses or freight forwarding services at this time.
How do you protect high-value hobby boxes? As collectors, we know that box condition is vital. Every order is bubble-wrapped and shipped in a sturdy, outer-shipper box to prevent corner dings or seal damage during transit.
Are your products factory-sealed? Yes. Every Pokémon, One Piece, and sports hobby box at Scott’s Collectibles is guaranteed to be 100% authentic and factory-sealed. We source our inventory directly from official distributors and reputable TCG partners.
Do you “search” or “weigh” your booster packs? Never. We maintain a strict “Sealed-In, Sealed-Out” policy. We do not search, weigh, or tamper with any products. Once a box arrives from our distributor, it remains in its factory state until it reaches your doorstep.
What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unopened factory-sealed packaging. For security reasons, we cannot accept returns on items where the shrink-wrap or seal has been broken.
Who pays for return shipping? We do. If your return is eligible, Scott’s Collectibles will provide a pre-paid return shipping label. We also do not charge any restocking fees.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) processed via Stripe, as well as PayPal for an added layer of security.
Is my payment information safe? Yes. Our store uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect your data. We use PCI-compliant payment gateways and never store your full credit card details on our internal servers.
How do pre-orders work? Pre-orders allow you to reserve upcoming TCG releases at a locked-in price. Payment is collected in full at the time of purchase to guarantee your allocation from our distributor vault.
When will my pre-order ship? Pre-orders ship as soon as the product is officially released and arrives at our facility. The estimated release date is always listed on the specific product page.
