At Scott’s Collectibles, we offer pre-orders for the most anticipated TCG releases to help our community secure their collections before they hit the open market. By placing a pre-order, you are reserving your allocation from our incoming vault inventory.
1. Payment for Pre-Orders
To guarantee your allocation, payment is collected in full at the time the pre-order is placed. This ensures that your hobby boxes are secured and reserved exclusively for you. We process these payments securely via PayPal or Stripe.
2. Shipping & Release Dates
Official Release Dates: All pre-order items will have an estimated “Release Date” listed on the product page. Please note that these dates are set by the manufacturers (e.g., Nintendo, Bandai) and are subject to change.
Fulfillment Window: Once the product arrives at our North Carolina headquarters, we begin our standard 3-day handling process. Your order will then ship via our standard transit times (3-8 business days).
Mixed Orders: If your order contains both “In-Stock” items and “Pre-Order” items, the entire order will be held until the final pre-order item is available for shipment. We recommend placing separate orders if you need in-stock items immediately.
3. Allocation & Availability
While we work closely with our distributors to ensure 100% fulfillment, the TCG industry occasionally faces manufacturer “cuts” or allocations.
In the rare event that we receive fewer units than expected, pre-orders will be fulfilled in the order they were received (First-In, First-Out).
If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order due to manufacturer shortages, you will be issued a 100% full refund immediately to your original payment method.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before the item has entered the shipping process. Once a shipping label has been generated or the product has been dispatched from our vault, the order falls under our standard 30-Day Return & Refund Policy.
5. Price Guarantee
The TCG market can be volatile. Once you lock in your pre-order price at Scott’s Collectibles, your price is guaranteed. If the market price increases before release, you will not be charged extra.
